At this point I think I should completely wipe the server clean of WP and start over. That’s not a big deal, but I do not want this to happen again. I Googled missing dashboard and found lots of people with the same problem and no solutions that worked.
Will I have to recreate the database on the server also?

In reply to: Dashboard mostly missingOk, just deleted all plugins. Not sure how to change themes since the only panels the dashboard shows are: Profiles and Tools and tools are dead.
The theme installed is arjuna-x. Are there known problems with this theme?I kept a copy of the email WP sent when I first registered, so I know I was typing in the correct username and password when it was rejected.
Where do I go from here?
Also is their a list of themes that the header can easily be changed?
