 * I was not letting me reset my PW…but I finally got my hosting company to respond
   and they fixed it. Not sure what they did, but I am now able to log into my site
   again. I do appreciate you taking the time to inquire how you could help me.

 * Yes, but it does not recognize my username or email, although it did send me 
   an email to reset PW but still did not work.
