 * I’ve tried so many variations of code that I’m stumped.

 * I set a category of my products to 0 ounces, have the API credential, and I still
   do not have First Class mail as one of the options. Here is my debug info. For
   some reason, the information on weight indicates that “Product # is missing weight.

 * OK. I’ve finally figured it out. Instead of checking the Cart page, I should 
   have been checking the CHECKOUT page! That is where you see the tax.
 * One thing though, if I make the address change in My Account page, how come the

 * Ok. I finally got something to appear for california taxes!
 * Here’s my settings:

 * What I need to do now is have a different tax rate for Los Angeles county. I’ve
   been trying to do a range of zip codes such as 90001 – 93592 but it won’t accept
   the dash. So I tried 90001…93592 and 90001;93592 but that still didn’t work. 
   What am I doing wrong?

 * Thanks for your reply. I did what you mentioned and it’s still not adding the
   California tax for a California customer.

 * GoDaddy actually fixed my site and I was able to restore the back up! Apparently
   they did take the functions.php file out of the themes folder. Maybe that was
   one of the problems?

 * Well, I’m looking at the functions.php file right now in my themes folder and
   GoDaddy says that I need to replace that file. So either I’m telling you the 
   truth or I’m just imagining it.

   There’s a functions.php in that themes folder, but I need a clean functions.php
   file within the themes folder.

 * Thanks. I looked at functions and sub-folders but I can’t find it. It’s called
   the Marketing-Expert theme and I can’t find any documentation on it.
