   I still have no response from support for my two malfunctions on FlipBox.(
   24/7 for the paid license)In addition, I have just noticed that FlipBox is inherently
   incapable of being responsive.This is a lot of inconvenience, so I would like
   to know how I can get a refund for this product which is not so “awesome” …Please
   indicate a procedure, a contact or a link so that I stop getting upset and wasting

   I tested your recommendation.It works for displaying the item details.
   However, the additional field does not appear in the dashboard.Is it possible,

 * Good morning,
   We can’t really say that a version regression deserves to give 
   the status “Resolved” to this malfunction.Has anyone found a workaround as the
   repair takes a while to come.At worst, tell us the code and the css file to modify.
