In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Camera access blockedHey @carsten-lund,
Happy New Year!
This may not surprise you, but I can’t reproduce. Can you provide the following:
What theme?
What device?
What browser?
What versions of BP, BSR and theme.
What WordPress version?I’ll try and get my set up as close to yours as I can.
There is nothing that could interfere with cameras in the plugin, so it may be something interfering with something else that controls cam access. If that makes sense.

In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Bug with BSR and BuddyBoss PlattformHey @thebrazeneye,
BSR is now almost compatible with BuddyBoss. I say almost as I have made all the changes necessary within BSR, but the BuddyBoss team need to add some minor styling elements in to the theme on their side.
I actually couldn’t replicate The issue that @hallofabio was having above with my latest copy of BuddyBoss. However, he did get it resolved himself, so he may be able to help if he is here?
Maybe give the plugin a go and if you encounter any issues, open a new support thread.
All the best,
BR

In reply to: [Recurring Bookings for WooCommerce] Recurring Booking ProblemHey Kyle,
Apologies for the late reply – it didn’t save first time I created it and only just noticed!
This plugin doesn’t allow frontend users to book repeated or recurring bookings. I’m not aware of any plugins that would due to the complexities involved in managing the calendar – for instance, one of the auto-bookings might clash with another.
However, an admin would be able to book four Mondays in a row, as they would be able to manage clashes in realtime. This could then raise an order for all the bookings, which could then be forwarded on for payment.
Hope that helps,
Ben Roberts

In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Bug with BSR and BuddyBoss PlattformHey @hallofabio,
Thanks for letting me know!
As there are 1000’s of themes available, I cannot test the plugin with each one. So far, this only seems to happen with BuddyBoss, so there is likely a conflict.
I will need to fully test the plugin with your theme. Please get in touch with me at

In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Impossible to unblock members againI’ve just run a barrage of tests again and can’t replicate the issue. I’ve also not received any other reports about this from anyone else, so we need to look at your site in particular. I did reply to your email, but for the benefit of others will replicate it here:
That’s very odd. However, if it does work eventually, then there isn’t a bug in the plugin code, but instead an external problem with your database.
A few things you could do:
• Disable all your plugins except for mine and buddypress
• Change back to a default theme
• Try logging in as a standard subscriber and try to block someoneKindest regards,
If any other user is having the same problem, I will mark as unresolved and see if I can work out why it is happening on more than one installation.
I’m not a fan of that – it would be a lot of effort interrogating the database, to search for any previous reports made by that user, for very little gain.
I’ll keep thinking 🙂
Re the issue of regretted reports, I’ve never had that reported as an issue, so am unlikely to think about it unless it becomes a problem. May be worth looking to see how Facebook/Twitter etc deal with it.
Hey @carsten-lund,
Actually, I had added the block/unblock idea to the roadmap and should be in the next version. It will make it more consistent with the approach of the suspend/unsuspend button that administrators have.
Doing the same with the report button is more complicated, as I want users to be able to report more than once at the same time. I can’t change the report button to ‘unreport’ when clicked as the report is already submitted, and I don’t want to delete it, for the reason above.
Hope that makes sense!

In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Lightbox overflowHey @carsten-lund,
Thanks for the site link – this can be fixed with a really simple bit of CSS:
.bptk-report-modal .bptk-report-modal-inner {box-sizing: border-box;}
Let me know how you get on!

In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Add suspend button to admin screensHey @webfactoryuk,
I love this idea! I will see if I can squeeze it into the next release which will be in the next week or two.
The most obvious place for it will be as a quick-edit in the Users table:
Thanks very much for the suggestion,
Ben
