 * We thank you for your patience and suggestions during the Beta testing of our
   WordPress plugin.
 * To summarize, we ran into three issues:
 * 1. Under certain conditions, account activation e-mails were not being received
   by customers.
 * 2. Submissions from the “contact us” form on our website were sometimes not received
   by the BotProof staff.
 * 3. Certain portions of e-mail headers sent from our staff to customers may have
   resulted in our communications being blocked by ISP spam filters.
 * We have recently made changes to our servers which will enable better communications
   with our customers. In addition, we have adjusted portions of outgoing email 
   headers to prevent filtering.
