 * Hi there,
 * I’m still having this problem I’m afraid.
 * When I try to print an invoice or delivery note all I get is a blank sheet of
   paper with “1 of 1” bottom left and the date bottom right and no content.
 * This was happening before I updated everything. Hoped by updating it would sort
   it self out but alas no different.
 * WordPress v4.0.1
    Woocommerce v2.2.8 Print and Invoice v4.0.2
