One way I can think of to sync reviews manually would be to find some WP backup plugin that can export/backup/import custom post types of your choosing, then choose the WPCR custom post type to export/import. This was already fixed in 3.6.8 and the researcher looks like they are issuing tons of bogus alerts for many plugins.
