 * Apologies for my late reply on this. I have been at a wedding.
 * I have tried to import the csv using the latest version but now the loading graphic
   just appears when trying to ingest a file and there are alot of errors when previewing
   the file.
 * Is it working ok your end? Is it because I am using 3.4.1 of WordPress do you
   think? Should I downgrade?

 * Thanks so much, it looks great but haven’t been able to import as not the ‘Post
   Info’ now won’t show on the ingestion page 🙁

 * Would this be a feature you would think of adding? It’s not just US States I 
   have unfortunately, it’s continents, countries and regions from all over the 
   world so adding them manually wouldn’t be ideal.
 * Really love the plugin by the way, it really is the best CSV plugin I have come
   across but would really need this feature to keep using.
