 * I tried to edit old post, it working normal, also tried to add/categories, that
   also working normal. but problem noticed only with new post, while clicking on
   new post link getting above mentioned error.

 * Thanks for the support, i had updated wordpress to 2.7.1, now problem is sloved
   and i’m able to add themes and plugins.
 * but currently i’m unable to make new post, when clicking on new post through 
   admin panel, a post-new.php file opening on popup window on netscape/getting 
   error message on IE.
 * Need any kind of further updats on 2.7.1 version to making it working normal.
