 * But I don’t know what you’re talking about. Any customization I want to do is
   unavailable, because there is no access to the site, at any point or place. I
   just simply cannot get through the front door. So I don’t see how I can follow
   your directions. Sorry for the ignorance but yeah.

 * I can’t access any of the site materials, how do I find my old files? And again,
   I just simply don’t understand software talk. Could you please dumb it down? 
   It sounds like re-uploading would be simplest, but how do I go about it?
