Yes, those features(disabled modes) are available in the premium version of CountDown FlipClock. You can contact us for a price on the same. As to the checkboxes, they seem to be a pesky bug. I have refurbished the code and also added the ability to add multiple clocks. I also have checked your problem and solved it in my new update. The new version 2.0 will be launched today itself.
