Not using any cache plugins. Cleared cache at on the server. Have exactly the same plugins and settings as the staging site had. Also created a new page and tried adding new blocks. It will not work if I create a new page. I was not correctly enqueuing the styles from the parent theme. This is not a premium theme. This also occures on multiple sites I have. So its not really pertaining to a specific theme. Simply enqueue scripts and styles and including a functions file is not working. If I have a theme with hundreds of files and all I am doing is changing the header or footer, I thought I could just include the functions file, css file, header and footer. But this is not working. Maybe it was a cache issue. I was making changes and fixing the errors while waiting for a response. Turning on/off the preloader to see if that was cuasing the issue. Also I was changing the ‘total blog posts’ in WordPresss setting.
