 * Thanks Mark, I will read all of that and get in touch with studio press. However,
   can you at least recommend what I should do about not being able to view any 
   page in my WP dashboard? I can go back to the previous page but if I click on
   anything (tried to click on update plugins since that was a starting point in
   the link you mentioned) and it took me back to that error page. Should I clear
   cache to see if I can log in again to WP? I’m afraid that there’s a chance I 
   won’t be able to.
