 * Is there an option to have the featured image in the individual post as well?(
   I may be missing this, but can’t find it).

 * Hi Scott,
 * I have the same request, but it is a bit different. When I use except option 
   I would like the featured image of the post displayed as it is when you have 
   the full posts displayed. This isn’t the sticky post issue, but for all posts.
 * Perhaps a “Allow featured images on entry excerpts” option?
 * Or perhaps I am missing it?
