 * Hi Dennis,
 * Thanks for the quick response so far.
 * I have change the language for the cn blog to be Chinese.
    Reference user is 
   a newly created one called “translate” for both sites
 * I have tried manipulating .htaccess file as well as the wpconfig file.
 * Still no success…
 * I really want to get this working… (sob)

 * This is what i have checked:
    – Verify current user under reference user field:
   admin – That user used to be the only user available – Change that user from 
   admin to blackray – reference user dropdown still shows “admin” – created new
   user with different email – “other” – reference user dropdown appear to have 
   both “admin” and “other” – both blogs change to “other” with reference user –
   logout and log back in – still doesn’t work under page –> edit

 * Yes. i have done that too. There is only one user defined in both blogs. What
   could be wrong??
