   delayed response.
 * Occasionally, the Lingotek system experiences abnormally high data traffic which
   causes our background job queue to back up (this affects document imports and
   machine translation). Likely what you experienced is that there was a long line
   of jobs ahead of yours.
 * Our continued efforts to scale and optimize our system will reduce instances 
   like this in the future.

   language switcher is provided and may be enabled and added to any menu:
 * 1. Navigate to the Appearance > Menus page
    2. Show the Screen Options (top-right
   corner) 3. Enable the Language switcher box 4. Add the Language switcher to any
   menu 5. In the Menu Settings, choose the theme location for each enabled language

 * mfauster, we pushed an update to the Lingotek TMS (does not require any updates
   on your end) this past week addressing the account connection process and would
   invite you to try again.

   those resolved!

 * mfauster, we believe that this issue is only affecting a small subset of sites,
   as it has been challenging to reproduce. We will continue to work on this and
   will update this thread as soon as we have more details.
