 * Thank you but I have resolved it. I downloaded fresh wpadmin and wpincludes files
   and uploaded them. Everything has now kicked into action.

 * I backed up my htaccess file, deleted it, logged out and back in again and I 
   now have my plugins back however it is still showing default theme and all my
   media is missing. Im clearly doing something wrong.

 * I have tried everything that i can think of and Im now up to the limit of my 
   knowledge. Need help please.

 * Hi thanks for this. I am using a plugin for my images. It rotates 5 images all
   1920px x 600px. Should I remove the plugin and see if this helps?
