 * Ah, you got it to work, I see! Good.
I don’t have as much time as I would hope
atm, so the support is somewhat nonexistent..
 * For the benefit of others, what was the problem?

 * You run an old version of WordPress.
    They removed that function.
 * This version fixes that:

 * Hm, that page seems deleted..?
 * Anyway. There are so many “small things” people want to change, that are CSS
related, like spacing and such. Too many to fit into Theme Options. So, for the
next release I have included a field called “Additional CSS”, where these tweaks
can be put. Not the ideal solution, but one that have to do for now.
 * I hope to release next version late this month.

 * In Theme Options, Main areas, in the Header section:
    **Force image into this
   width, in pixels**
 * Perhaps not the most logical place, but there it is..

 * No.. That’s for theme reviewers, my question doesn’t really fit in.

 * What you have to do is to find those texts in the .php files and delete them
   there.
 * As for now, there is no setting is the theme that does that.

 * Ah, now I see what you mean. (I must have been tired or something.)
 * It seems like you’ve enabled the right sidebar, but not put anything in it.
 * Look at Theme Options / Structure / Right sidebar / Enable.
    Untick the “Show
the right sidebar” checkbox. I believe that will fix it.

 * Regarding the header image height: If you want it to be 200px, then the image
should be 200px. The “Appearance / Editor” is not a good place to edit that sort
of thing, since the header size is dependant of the image’s size, and set after
   style.css is processed.
 * I don’t quite understand what you mean by the “gap between the body and the right
   sidebar”.
