I’ve never seen the problem myself on other themes I’ve heard of others that have had this issue but do not know what they did to fix it. Unfortunately, Divi is a premium theme and we can not provide support for it here. I guarantee you this is not a WordPress issue though. It could be a conflict with your php version. make sure you are using php 7.1 or later. That is the most I will be able to do to help you. The hosts file might be pointing to a different ip address than it should be.
