This is a Yoast issue. If so, remove whatever you have selected there. If it is already empty try adding a version of your logo there and see if that fixes it? * If you continue to have problems you will need to contact the developer of your theme as this is really an issue with the theme’s code not WPs code. * Hope this gets you headed in the right direction. Some theme’s move the fav icon option into their custom options panel. I have uninstalled many times then installed from the wp.org version and it still insists that premium is installed.
