Using the customizer is the recommended WordPress method for site options now – and from a code point of view it’s much more secure. The screenshot taking software would somehow need to go to the site, detect the cookie banner and click the button, and then take the screenshot. I suspect that’s the problem. The app is using a third party service for the screenshotting and it has no functionality for arbitrary refreshes. You have to wait for the auto refresh. * For the image class – something there should be possible. Could you give an example of what you’d like to see (a complete html snippet would be ideal).
