This uses a third party service to take the screenshots, and all they offer is resizing the generated image. COUNTRYCODE to the end of the url to make the image url unique per location. This would require some coding on your side, since you would need to know the location you want to display, and then append it to the url. When the image is first requested it will be generated and then cached on the third parties site. This can take a short time because the site has to be loaded in a headless browser, turned into an image, and then scaled & cropped to the right size. * Once the image has been cached it will stay there for a few days, and then the cache will be cleared and a new image will be generated. * I suspect the reason you see the loading the most often is that you are likely the one changing the website and testing the content. I imagine that most of the time users won’t notice it. * There’s no way to make the image load instantly since the process itself is slow. There are loads of free contact form plugins (Jetpack contact forms is nice, and free, and saves the data to the database). You can design the form in the browser, and it will send you an email with the info. You could have a cheap tablet in the store for people to enter the info into. This gets around the handwriting thing and means you have a digital record of the tickets.
