* Sorry – I moved away from the plugin – decided to use inline php and set a cookie
instead of password protect. We have subscription content, and although the content
protector solution would have worked, I was concerned about users emailing the
password to others who hadn’t subscribed.

* mc_elliot, I just downloaded the latest 1.4.2 and still have this problem on
a localhost install of WP 4.0. Any ideas?

* Hey, I’m running WP 4.0 and version 1.4.2 of the mailchimp plugin on a localhost
implementation under WAMP. Same experience – I install and activate the plugin,
try to connect and get the error:
