 * I have the exact same issue. My site is hosted at Network Solutions, so I don’t
   think I can increase PHP memory limits there, but that has never surfaced as 
   an issue before — not sure I understand why it would be an issue now.
 * I’ve looked at the error log from my hosting provider — nothing there.
 * Mvied, you noted that running out of memory might be a “usual” cause. Are there
   other causes?
