 * I had a similar problem just figured it out. You have to add a shipping method
   first before it will show up on the checkout page. Let me know if you fix it 
   or still cant figure it out.

 * Thanks Matt, but i’m not using a any other plugin excerpt the woocommerce plugin.
   An i have enabled it in the woocommerce plugin.
