In reply to: [Now! plugin for AdSense] Ads not showing after updateJust bought the pro version and the ads don’t show up on the page.
I just don’t think it works. On to the next one….
I’m getting this repeatedly for one of my sites. Loads of info, Handoko, but how do we switch the alerts off?? Is it a server side (from my hosting) or from my site security? It’s annoying.
All you have to do is use Jetpack social share and choose to use it on Products, in settings. Much cheaper than @terrytsang’s $19. See it working here http://bestblender.co.uk/product/yoga-instructor-certification-program-by-anmol-mehta/

In reply to: [Responsive] waste of timeI’ve got to agree with waco001 & Emil Uzelac. To give a 1 score and not explain why something IS so bad, really isn’t helpful to the developer, as they can’t address a problem or put something right if they don’t know what the issue is. I (personally) found it very easy to use.
‘Google’ just wouldn’t have been the same if it had been called ‘Goole’. What a difference one letter can make;)
We all like a good conspiracy but the fact that it’s a free service suggests they get something in return?? Knowing the behaviour of its users might be something Google might value. There are other Analytics, like this one http://clicky.com/66454610

In reply to: [Responsive] Great themeIt’s a big place, there’s got to be some aliens out there, somewhere!!

In reply to: [Responsive] Great themeQuite a few people seem to be into their aliens. They’re a good community. Always looking for contributors, if you know of anything my site’s not covering? I just cut and paste anything that interests me. It’s the ancient alien concepts that interest me the most. Too many hoaxers in our modern times, but the advanced methods used in ancient builds leads many people to believe that they may have been assisted by more advanced beings. Probably not, but it’s an interesting concept. Thanks for taking a look. Your praise is much appreciated;)

In reply to: [Responsive] Great themeIt’s just that I was using some mobile platform through WordPress, once and they served their own adds, as I recall. They were from India but I can’t recall their site name. just thought that if you offered your own ads as an option it could get around the fact that they don’t size down for mobile. I don’t use them anyway but I do have them on some of my pages from the day when I placed them in manually. I find they don’t convert as well as they used to do to banner blindness or Google skimming off more than they should. £2 one day £0 the next. something ain’t right there, lol. pays for the hosting but nothing to write home about.

In reply to: [Responsive] Great themewelcome. even the mobile theme looks good and I’ve given up looking for one that does, as each have their annoyances. the only thing it can’t handle are LinkWithin and maybe Youtube or adsense. pictures scale well. maybe you could strip ads from sites and offer your own ad delivery at the footer?
Panyanwu, thanks for your help. Yes, I think deleting the slideshow would be the best move. This is only a practice run to see if it works. It does say three images are loaded in the backend and I’m guessing that going into the folder of the plugin that has the picture (on my hosting) might solve the issue? Or it’s just a glitch, which seems most likely. You said ‘I have a separate issue and maybe we can help each other.’ What problem do you have with your 45 images?
My problem is that I created three slides, deleted one image and now still have three images trying to load, creating a gap. Here’s the link http://alien-ufo-sightings.com/
