I found out how to do it. Here are the instructions:
    1. In the Form builder tab for your Contact Form 7 form you will now see a button to be able to create the “Referrer” tag. This inserts a tag similar to [cf7rfr_referrer cf7rfr_referrer-###].
    2. In the Mail tab just add this mail tag: [cf7rfr_referrer-###] (of course, using the real number, not just hash tags)

Note – I have tested this and it seems to only give the previous page or URL. Thus if I came to the page from Google and submitted the form this plugin would show Google as the referrer. However, if I navigate to a second page on the website and submit the form this plugin would show the first page I was just on as the referrer.

This is not the behavior I was looking for. I found https://www.fldtrace.com/referral-conversion-tracking-with-wordpress-contact-form-7 which shows the original referrer for up to 2 hours that the visitor is on the site no matter how many pages the user visits. It takes a little more to set this up (not just a simple plugin install) but the instructions are a lot clearer than they are for this plugin.

I am also getting this error all the time and I tried several things but one seemed to partially work.

I made a change in my Wordbooker settings and saved the blog level options. I was then able to publish 2 posts to FB and then the 3rd and 4th gave me the error again.

I undid the change to my Wordbooker settings and saved the blog level options again. I was again able to publish 2 posts successfully to FB and then started getting the error again on the 3rd attempt.

I then went back to Wordbooker and made NO changes but just pressed the Save Blog Level Options button again. I was again able to publish 2 posts successfully.

It seems that if this error was purely Facebook’s issue, I would not be able to publish anything. And it is very strange to me that by just going through the process of saving the blog level options in Wordbooker I am able to publish 2 posts successfully each time.

I ran out of posts to publish for today, but I hope these findings help identify and fix this problem.

I just updated the plugin to the latest version and regenerated the sitemap and the external URLs disappeared. I can only guess that something was fixed in the latest plugin update/WP version compatibility OR there was a hiccup when the last sitemap was generated.
