I had the same issue on my android and my girlfriend’s iphone. I think I figured it out though. I didn’t have the secondary menu set up to hide on mobile devices. That explains why it would briefly show the other menu. When I view the source I can find both files being linked, but my script still does not work. I couldn’t find anything in the links you provided that jumped out as a possible cause. My site showed the red border. * I also checked my file names again.
