 * One thought. If the managed servers work like their hosting account, there’s 
   a MySQL Administration link under Websites & Applications.

 * Same here. Works great on 1and1 Developer account IF you understand the MySQL
   setup procedure.

 * Do you have a root or managed server? With the root server you set up MySQL db
   in the Plesk control panel. Managed I can’t help you with.
