I’m happy that the issue is resolved!
Hestia doesn’t have an option for a sidebar in the main page because it is designed with the frontpage sections, but you can create a normal page with a sidebar and set it as a homepage if you want.Blog posts are already in full width and there is a guide about how to make the images full width: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/853-how-to-make-hestia-blog-images-full-width

I don’t have much knowledge about this plugin, but I think you should reach out their support to ask if the plugin has such an option or you should check that this happens with another themes too.

I’m not able to replicate the issue at my end, the website works fine with WooCommerce This might be occurring due to a plugin conflict between WooCommerce and another. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin and also try to clear your browsing cache.
If this doesn’t work for you, kindly check your server log for errors. If you don’t know where to find error log hosting provider can help with that.

The sidebar appears on product category pages if it’s set to appear on Shop page: https://prnt.sc/ty6gjz (no separate control for category page, if you set it to be on main Shop page – it also appears on category pages).
There is no option in the theme for single product pages. This task would require to create a child theme(https://docs.themeisle.com/article/14-how-to-create-a-child-theme) and some custom modifications. The file where that logic is built is: /inc/compatibility/woocommerce/functions.php.

I just installed the plugin, tried this at my end and it works fine. See screenshot. It seems that you added it as a widget on the sidebar, kindly check again your settings for it.
