For the issue you encountered, please try to go to your Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks and click “Save changes” button without modifying anything.

If yes, please provide the exact URL where this happens.Also, it seems that you are using a cache plugin that overwrites the default CSS code. Please try to deactivate all the plugins and see if the issue persist.

In reply to: [Neve] Issue with Neve headerThis issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.
