 * I was able to get a new score and it is saying 13 on mobile and 45 on desktop.
   I’m happy that there is an increase but mobile didn’t move at all.

 * The current scores are 13 on mobile and 33 on Desktop.
    So I deactivated Siteground
   and hit the refresh and 2 times it told me it failed to load speed scores because
   it is taking too long.
 * Now I’m not sure what to do.
