 * Actually I refered to the visitors’log from my host provider, which lists the
   code returned for each URL visited or crawled.
    I couldn’t see any error reported
   in the web server log. I must add that the log kept reporting the same errors
   after I disabled browser caching – thus I turned it back. I don’t understand 
   what’s going on here since I get 200 code with web-sniffer.

 * Thank a lot. I was receiving a lot of 500 errors for some user-agents, notably
   googlebot. I disabled brower-cache and it solved my problem.
