 * Got it to work by using my license key to download the new version and manually
   updating.

 * I can solve the default image with css. And found the image size settings in 
   the settings page. All good now! Would be nice if you could add a default image
   without css hacking 😉 Ticket can be closed.

 * Also, maybe a more pressing behavior. Sometimes the product chooser takes the
   miniature of a picture, sometimes it takes the full picture. Any way to change
   this behavior?

 * Yes, but then the incentive to choose an item is gone and it’s not that clear
   anymore to the user they can choose a product. Any way I can add it in the code?
   Can you point me to the right file?
