basically a translation can be done easily with a plugin like Loco Translate.
But in this special case (“Ich erkenne die Hinweise zum Datenschutz an.”) there is a problem with the structure of the output as described in this topic.
For a german translation in this case I used this solution: “Gelesen und akzeptiert: Datenschutzerklärung”
