We work with a couple of advertising companies including [Affectv](http://affectv.co.uk) and that is how we are able to support the development of this plugin. We DO NOT insert any advertisement on the website itself. * Our T&Cs on [http://slingpic.com/privacy/index.html](http://slingpic.com/privacy/index.html) outline what we do with data and how we use it. The code is called in certain circumstances only and we have verified it as safe. As once the sharing dialogue has been opened between the user and the social network the information passed between them is secure, including feedback on whether the share was made or not. So unfortunately we can’t, with absolute certainty, detect whether a share has happened.
