 * Thank you for getting back to me so promptly.
 * I have contacted my host as you have suggested and they are looking into it.
 * Regarding having jetpack installed on my site, I cant tell because the site is
   no longer there for me to select. Maybe I am just not understand the process 
   but I cant access plugins without having the site connected to my wordpress. 
   I only have an old wordpress blog on there which will not allow me to download
   jetpack.
