 * Yes, it might be an idea. The themes are different and I have more plug-ins on
   the live site, since it was a while since I used the test site.

 * Odd with the missing s in http. I did not find where to change the URL link.
 * I have the same plug-in in a footer on different page on my site, but that behaves
   the same.
 * I also have a test site, that I have not used for a long while, with theme Sparkling.
   There it worked fine in IE 11! And the URL link showed as [https://](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bengt/replies/?output_format=md).

 * Yes, that would be great! It works fine in Firefox, but not with Internet Explorer

 * I only activated the plug-in as a widget in the sidebar. I did not write any 
   shortcode.

 * I just noticed that it works fine when I use Firefox but not when I use Internet
   Explorer 11. Is there a way to get it working with IE11?

 * I added a comment starting with “Test of “Reply” on comment…”. I did it as Reply
   on another comment but it ends up as new comment at the end. Strange…
