 * I’ve got the site to work as long as I deactivate the Custom Field Template Plugin.
   Is there a way to fix the issue so I can activate the Custom Field Template?

 * The Permalinks are set exactly as the website I was copying, with the custom 
   structure box checked and /%postname%/ in the space. And, trying to get the terminology
   correct it’s the edit page function that’s not allowing me to make changes.

 * If you mean WordPress Dashboard, Settings, Permalinks. Yes they’re all four set
   to the new domain name. Is their another place to reset them as well? I tried
   switching from the Custom to the Default setting, but it’s still giving me the
   same non-responsive write pages.
