In the diagnostics, it is still showing a connection error not sure if that will go away or what changed to make the fix. So this newest site I only loaded contact form 7 to make sure this I eliminated as much stuff as possible. I think Artisteer was causing a conflict. I even tried google libraries plugin that has worked in the past. Thanks for checking in I see that you help a lot of people. I was not able to get my zip files to work but when I deactivated NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati plugin. The Wp Ecommerce pluggin allowed the zip files to download again.
