 * Great plugin! One observation in WordPress 3.1 when using:
    `[wp-blogroll notitle
   =1]`
 * Empty <h2> tags still appear with notitle=1. Can work around by putting the following
   rule in css:
    `.linkcattitle { display:none; }`

 * If this is a persistent problem in a Plesk hosting environment, you’ve most likely
   left **PHP Safe Mode** enabled in the **Web Host Settings** for your domain.
