You can check that with your [site URL here](https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist). * We have also found other users reporting the same symptoms in this discussion: [https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/693572](https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/693572) It mentions that the root cause can be the Let’s Encrypt certificate. You can check if your site SSL is using Let’s Encrypt. * The 100% solution would be to host your images externally instead of adding them to your Media Library. Some websites encode special characters in URL-encoded format to ensure compatibility and avoid potential issues. In the case of the “**&**” symbol being displayed as “&” this is likely a result of URL encoding. To address this issue and have the mailheader display “&” correctly, you have a couple of options:Option 1: **Use the Ampersand version:** * An alternative solution would be to use the Ampersand version of the symbol, which is “**﹠**“. This Unicode character is visually similar to “&” but does not get interpreted as an HTML entity. By using “﹠” instead of “&”. Option 2:** Contact the website host support:** * If using the Ampersand version is not an ideal solution for you, we recommend reaching out to the administrators of your website and requesting that they update their database entries to store the “&” format instead of the encoded version“ V&”. This change will ensure that MailPoet retrieves the correct post titles without any encoding issues.
