 * Update 2: Syncing the .htaccess file via controlpanel solved all permalink issues.

 * Update: Apparently my web host made it impossible to change execution rights 
   in the default wordpress installation folder. Installing it manually in a different
   directory solved this problem.
 * Migration went ok, zip files extracted, but all links are 404 errors, just the
   homepage is visible. Content and pages are visible in dashboard though, so they
   all moved ok.
 * Anybody an idea how to fix the links issue?
