Unfortunately, we tried countless plug-ins last night to no avail. Could obviously be we’re missing something along the way that is just beyond our knowledge, but we’ve hit a wall just the same. Any idea who we should (or maybe shouldn’t) reach out to in this regard? Maybe you can point us in the right direction in reference to this issue as well (posted last night): * While we have been able to share a link to our website, we’ve struggled getting a thumbnail for our all important video to appear when sharing on social media and more despite trying several different things along the way. I’m hoping someone with a lot more technical knowledge than we have might be able to take a look and figure out why. While the site appears to be functioning properly, when the video is played, there is only the audio and no video visible. Any ideas?
