It calculates the shipping costs, gives the ability to split the shipping into the separate packages, create the custom ones and returns the live rates. Simply updating the plugins may not help. I would like to rule out theme conflict to find a solution to your problem. * Another way is to see if the problem also occurs when our plugin is deactivated. You can test add two Flat Rate shipping methods (WooCommerce default shipping), disable our plugin and see if the problem still occurs. This will allow you to determine if it is definitely a problem with our plugin. * I would appreciate your testing. Based on the materials that you send, I don’t think that your issue is related to our plugin. Table Rate Shipping Method for WooCommerce by Flexible Shipping plugin does not affect the way orders are placed. As for shipping zones, it fully relies on the WooCommerce solution. * When you entered the “V0A 1111 23232 454354” zip code, WooCommerce matched the“ Locations not covered by your other zones” and offered the Free shipping that is a default WooCommerce shipping method. With the correct zip code, you have the Remote Area Delivery shipping method that works correctly. I think that I have found the issue. * In the “Wholesale Okanagan Shipping” method, the **Show only for logged in users** is enabled (you’ll find it in the Advanced Options just over the Shipping Cost Calculations Table). * I think that on the Wholesale site you are not logged in – Login button is available in the main menu next to the cart icon. In this case, the shipping method will not be visible. * Please check if the method displays correctly after logging in.
