 * same problem here, and it looks like it is a problem when people fill in the 
   form using Internet Explorer.
    I have tested it also with Firefox and Chrome,
   but those 2 work without any problem.
 * Could use some help to solve this

 * i have the same problem.
    the option By PageID looks at the post ID and not at
   the menu order ID you can give to a page.
 * Any change this is going to be changed in the near future?

 * i had the same problem, during the upgrade the sidebar-login widget is removed
   from the active sidebar widgets i configured.
    Solution is easy, go to wp-admin
   and then to Appearance and Widgets and drag the sidebar-login widget to the desired
   widget.

 * i´m also looking for the solution to redirect the users after registering to 
   the main-page (www.site.com) instead of [http://www.site.com/wp-login.php?checkemail=registered](http://www.site.com/wp-login.php?checkemail=registered)
