 * What happens when you cancel your subscription? I was charged for a whole year
   recently. I wasn’t very happy about that. But I don’t want to lose access to
   the ability to receive comments via email and be able to reply to them. I don’t
   know how I’d cope without the service. But I also don’t really want to be paying
   for a plugin that isn’t working correctly and where they’re not responding to
   support questions

 * [@orgassist](https://wordpress.org/support/users/orgassist/) unfortunately support
   is not getting back to any of us, it seems. It’s a real shame, since this is
   an amazing plugin.
 * I’ve installed version 2.2.3 (I think) and it works perfectly and I’ve carried
   on paying for the subscription. But I’m very nervous about it moving forward.

 * Daniel. Have you heard anything more? Not sure why but my replies to this thread
   have disappeared. I’m ok with version 2.2.7. Does your site crash when you have
   2.2.8 activated?

 * Oh dear, this is concerning. Because this is European thing, I’m worried that
   Gravity Forms isn’t looking into this. But from September it will mean that this
   integration will not work when taking payment from any EU country.

 * OK, thanks. That’s a shame. I thought it might be possible, since I’ve seen it
   done elsewhere (in the WP Elevation site which uses Social Learner). Will have
   to look at other ways of doing this.

 * Same problem for me. I can’t use the settings page for this plugin- all broken.

   I have the latest version of WP and the plugin.
 * Can this be fixed?

 * Hi Josh, thanks for your patience.
 * So I disabled almost all my plugins- no success.
    Disabled CloudFlare security
   stuff – still no success.
 * Then I opened up the console and saw my site was blocking frames, and then I
   remembered I had added a line to my .htaccess file:
    `Header set X-Frame-Options
   DENY` The reason I did this was to stop people framing my site (especially using
   snip.ly), but of course this was blocking frame within my site (from the same
   origin), so I changed the line to: `Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN`
   and voila, it’s working!
 * So sorry to bother you.
 * However whilst I am hear, how quickly should the frame load when I click the “
   add affiliate link” button? It takes over 6 seconds for the window to fully load.
   Is that usual?
 * Thanks!

 * Sorry for the late reply.
 * I must have some very untechnical clients- as even the tiniest bit of techie
   language makes them quiver!
 * If there was a way to split the documentation from the shortcode reference that
   would be great.
 * Thanks!

   himself will come here and shed some light on this issue. Sorry I couldn’t help.

 * Can you be more specific about what is happening here? Does it give an error
   message? When you enter the keyword on the general tab, you do have to save the
   page first before the page analysis updates. I would really like to see an update
   button within the plugin that updates the page analysis section without having
   to save the whole post.

 * Thanks, Stephen- that would be really helpful if you could.
 * I had forgotten about the pro forums, thanks for reminding me. I am so used to
   using the WP ones but I’ll be heading on down to the EO forums next time!

 * Stephen, no worries about not updating original thread- you can’t keep track
   of everything! It is great that you support categories now- brilliant. Just wondering
   is there a way of changing the “eo-events” bit in the url to something else?
   It’s just me being a control freak and wanting my URLs to be as semantic as possible!
 * I’d love there to be a syncing function in EO as an addon. It’s a bit beyond
   me to create it so I am going to wait for someone talented (Stephen?) to do it!

 * You’d have to be careful that duplicate events wouldn’t be created too. I’d love
   it if this was part of EO, or as an extension for EO Pro. Would be very useful.
 * I’ve not had much of a chance to poke around in the code, but I think all the
   ICS stuff in EO happens in this file: class-event-organiser-im-export.php in
   includes

 * I know you’re waiting to hear back from Stephen on this one, but just wanted
   to chip in…
 * As far as I know, EO already has a real-time ICS feed for the whole calendar.
   I don’t think the feed supports categories though. Stephen said he’d try and
   implement this in v1.5, so I would be grateful for an update- here is the original
   thread-
    [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-event-organiser-different-ical-feeds-for-each-category](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-event-organiser-different-ical-feeds-for-each-category)
 * Securing an ICS feed by password is a fairly advanced request but I can see why
   it would be useful. How were you thinking this could be implemented? How would
   the password be entered? Would this be via HTTP?
 * I like the idea of importing an ICS feed as well as this happening via WP-CRON.
   This would enable the synching of another calendar such as Google Calendar. I’m
   pretty sure this would not be an easy job to implement though. Having said that
   it might make adding events to EO a lot easier for some of my less tech savvy
   clients.
