 * I have emailed support over a week ago and had no reply.
    the plugin doesn’t 
   give the option for table rate shipping in the dropdown box.
 * I installed another plugin just to see and it added the dropdown that is required.
 * I only have postage by state so I have just done it through attributes now if
   that is any help to you
