 * yes, i did use a new database too.
    Problem Solved, i think the problem is with
   the browser. but now since 2.9 its work normally. thanks.

 * i’ve already uninstalled whole of my wordpress blog,and i uninstalled the database
   too and i reinstall again,of course its start with no plugin,standard themes,
   1 example post,and 1 example comment.. but still wont work. is this 2.8.6 Bug?
   or what happen with my blog?

 * i’ve already uninstalled facebook connect.
    and when i try to install new plugin,
   its ask me to login again and again. same like when i try open widget configuration
